With its translation into German yesterday, two weeks after its pre-release in French and English on 2014-06-19, I’m pleased to announce the « mid-term » (2013-2015) publication of my www.net-plus-ultra.net (2014) portal, which is also dedicated to the forum problem at large.
This website has been developed, since early June, in conjunction with a comprehensive audit of the « community » perimeter, i.e. along with a close examination, from an author’s perspective, of services such as Qwant ’s Boards (sharing favorites), Disqus for RapidWeaver (commenting blog pages), Viadeo (looking for business partners), and corresponding web modules comprised in OVH’s professional hosting pack (Simple Machines Forum and phpBB).
To complete the big picture, I’ll publish a series of (Forum-tagged) blog articles to the present category in the next few days, on how to address this issue in a problem-solving manner. I hope this will help you make up your mind!
With this in mind, I wish a nice change of air and scenery to those lucky enough to take a summer break!
