As part of the permanent consolidation of my Webfolio, I updated my contact pages as follows:
Pre-affiliation form: after checking that the multi-domain and shared SSL options work well together, I relocated my pre-affiliation form from www.daniela-berndt.fr/contact/english/ to www.net-plus-ultra.info/contact/english/.
Feedback form: relocated the sub-domain of the same name (which will be suppressed upon expiration of its indexation metadata on 2014-06-11) to www.daniela-berndt.fr/feedback/english/.
Accordingly: updated the https://curriculum.daniela-berndt.fr/english/contact/ page.
